How to complete Arc Raiders Converging Paths project
When you purchase through links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission. Here’s how it works.
Arc Raiders gave us a surprise player project in the latest update to keep us busy for a few weeks while Embark is cracking on with Frozen Trail coming in October. The Converging Paths project works in tandem with the Forgotten Relics event, asking you to donate your new trinkets to build a display stand for them.
I'll outline everything you need to do below, but I'll warn you now that it's a limited-time event, running from June 16 through to July 27. I do wish we could customise our den and show off our achievements long term, though. You're teasing us, Embark.
The Converging Paths project has six stages to complete, but unlike most projects, it actually starts and ends with a simple quest objective—I recommend you save the mine and trap rewards for the final stage. You'll also need to find a bunch of the new trinket items, which you'll also need for the Forgotten Relics event.
The best place to find these new relic trinkets is in Residential or Commercial areas, since they commonly spawn on shelves, and inside cupboards, drawers, and other containers. I recommend searching Grandioso Apartments, Santa Maria Houses, and the Plazas in Buried City, and inside the chimneys during the Bird City event.
Here's everything you need to do, and what you'll earn:
You need to deal 1,200 damage to Arc enemies in the Swamp, which is on the west side of Dam Battlegrounds. You can complete this task anywhere between South Swamp Outpost and presumably Hydroponic Dome Complex, and there's no shortage of machines roaming this area, including Rocketeers.
A great way to complete this step quickly would be to take advantage of the Close Scrutiny map condition when it's active on Dam Battlegrounds, as the Arc Assessor's spawn waves of bots to kill.
Keep up to date with the most important stories and the best deals, as picked by the PC Gamer team.
From here on out (until the final step), it's back to the usual 'collect items and donate them' objectives that we're used to from projects.
