Chiude la top 5 007 First Light, fermo a quota 320,1 milioni.
FC 27 has now sold 7.9M copies ($714.1M in revenue) across PS, Xbox, and Steam in under three weeks (@alineaanalytics estimates). PlayStation accounts for most of the copies (77.1%), followed by Xbox with 15.9% and Steam with 7.0%. Around 12.1% of FC 27’s revenue ($86.4M) is from previous-generation consoles, with $67.2M on PS4 and $19.2M on Xbox One. Despite being down on Xbox and Steam, FC 27 has performed so well on PlayStation, its core platform, that it’s still up 14% on FC 26 year on year across all three platforms. That said, our estimates show that much of the revenue dropoff on Xbox comes from the Xbox One generation ($19.2M for FC 27 versus $30.6M for FC 26 launch-aligned). The Series X and S version dropped off a little, though. Our PlayStation data shows PS4 revenue has dropped off considerably as well (from $146.1M for FC 26 to $67.2M for FC 27). However, PS5 revenue has jumped so much for FC 27, from $323.6M for FC 26 to $506.7M, that the overall PlayStation number still grew. Part of this is due to how many casual players on PlayStation are upgrading from a PS4 to a PS5 for November’s GTA 6 (and to a lesser extent, CoD). Meanwhile, some of the casual Xbox One players likely jumped ship to PS5 owing to GTA 6’s PlayStation-centric marketing and Xbox’s mass-market console struggles (especially outside the US). Our estimates show that 81% of Xbox One’s FC 26 players have previously played GTA 5. Steam, meanwhile, has never been the de-facto platform for FC, FIFA, or any non-car-based sports game, really. Sports games, and non-core games across the board, find their core fanbases on console. So the “death of console” narrative always doing the rounds in core gaming circles is, as ever,
