Samsung is rolling out Android 17 updates for some of its most popular Galaxy phones
Samsung continues its One UI 9 rollout, bringing Android 17 updates to a flurry of Galaxy devices including some of its most popular mid-rangers and last-gen flagships including Galaxy S23, Galaxy A36, and many more.
The rollout of One UI 9 has delivered updates for dozens of Galaxy smartphones at this point, and it continues to expand. Alongside bringing the update to Galaxy devices in new regions, Samsung is also bringing the update to older Galaxy devices.
This includes the Galaxy S23 series, the latest last-gen Samsung flagships being updated.
The stable update landed in South Korea about a week ago, and is now available in Europe as well. It should land in the US and other markets any day now. Similarly, Samsung is rolling out updates to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 in South Korea and Europe, with more regions set to follow.
There are also a bunch of One UI 9 updates now rolling out to Samsung’s most popular smartphones, Galaxy A series devices. These include several models as SamMobile has been detailing:
And this is all while beta updates continue to roll out. The Galaxy A16, for example, is nearing the likely end of its One UI 9 beta program, meaning its stable Android 17 update is perhaps only weeks from release.
We’re keeping track of every stable Android 17 update Samsung has released, so stay tuned as the rollout continues to expand!
