UK's largest Harry Potter shop comes to London
The shop will be located between Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road Tube stations
The UK's largest Harry Potter shop will open on London's Oxford Street in November, Warner Bros has announced.
The flagship store, which will span more than 21,000 sq ft (1,951 sq m) over two floors, will open within The Ribbon development at 134-140 Oxford Street on 4 November.
Warner Bros said the store was inspired by the magical shopping street Diagon Alley, and would feature a dragon towering over Gringotts bank, a full-sized Knight Bus, and The Leaky Cauldron pub where visitors can enjoy food and Butterbeer drinks.
The New West End Company called the store a "great example" of an "immersive and leisure experience" for the nation's high street.
The shop will be the second official Harry Potter retail destination in the UK after the site at King's Cross Station.
Karl Durrant, Warner Bros senior vice-president of worldwide retail, said opening the shop in London was "a truly special milestone".
"There's no better place to create a destination that celebrates the magic, creativity and storytelling that has captivated generations of fans around the world," he said.
Oxford Street is one of the world's busiest shopping areas, with around half a million visitors each day.
