How to get the most out of clearing
Have you changed your mind about the university course you want to start after getting your results?
Maybe you did not apply to university originally but now want to go, or you might not end up getting the grades you need to make it into your firm choice.
If that is you, the clearing process will have you covered.
While students in Scotland received their results last week, young people in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are finding out how they did in their exams on Thursday 13 August.
Here is everything you need to know about clearing.
Students opening their A-level, T-level and BTec results as record number get university places
Clearing is how universities and colleges fill any places that they still have on their courses and how students can change their course or place of study.
This year, clearing runs from 2 July to 19 October.
