Apple commissions photographers for new ‘Shot on iPhone Duo’ campaign
Today, Apple’s Instagram account published a carousel featuring photos commissioned from photographers Jake Michaels and Jason Nocito to highlight the new iPhone Duo’s cameras. Here are the details.
For the past 10 years, Apple has showcased the camera capabilities of each new iPhone through the “Shot on iPhone” campaign.
From everyday users to famous photographers and filmmakers, Apple has used the campaign to highlight everything from new camera hardware to shooting modes and other iPhone-specific camera capabilities.
The long-running campaign has also won multiple Cannes Lions, including two Grand Prix, and has twice been nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Commercial.
Today, Apple shared a new carousel on its Instagram, showcasing the iPhone Duo’s “versatile camera system packed with delightful new features.”

With 48-megapixel rear cameras, a 12-megapixel front camera, and a FaceTime camera under the inner display, the iPhone Duo will be available to pre-order starting Friday, October 16, with deliveries and in-store availability beginning October 23.
