How wedding content creators take you from aisle to Insta
Jade Burton is part of a growing number of wedding content creators offering next-day social media ready videos for newlyweds
From the nerves before the ceremony to the tears of laughter during the best man's speech, Jade Burton is documenting every moment on her smartphone.
The 22-year-old, from Poole in Dorset, is one of a growing number of wedding content creators - a job that did not exist just a few years ago.
She films and edits social media-ready videos, giving newlyweds a record of their day just 24 hours after they say "I do".
For couples eager to share their big day on Instagram and TikTok, it's a service bridging the gap between the wedding itself and the professional photos that arrive weeks later.
Using a smartphone rather than a traditional camera, Jade Burton records candid moments from the wedding day
As guests mingle in the autumn sunshine and staff put the finishing touches to the reception room, Burton hovers with her phone.
She started her wedding content creator business, Wed In Focus, in July.
"With the way technology's evolved and the rise of social media, naturally the way we document memories has changed a lot over time," she said.
Unlike a traditional videographer who might take a few months to produce a polished wedding film, Burton edits short-form, vertical videos called highlight reels that can be shared the next day.
