New York Comic Con is obviously a very big deal, and as such it attracts the very best of American cosplay. You want proof? We’ve got it below in 20 photographs of the most extraordinary outfits seen wandering the convention’s floors. Erstwhile photographers Mineralblu were there for Kotaku, filming and snapping away.
NYCC 26 brought us news of a brand new Disney+ show from Marvel, a trailer for Mike Flanagan’s Exorcist sequel, and word on next year’s big DC comic moment with the advent of Absolute Justice. But it also had people play dress-up on a professional level, and that’s what we’re here to celebrate today.
Bomberman meets Mega Man, alongside Dispatch‘s Mecha Man. We get an epic Nikki (from Obsession), a whole crowd of Iron Men and Women, and what might as well be a real Godzilla. Oh, and the most perfect crossover of Sub-Zero and Frozen‘s Elsa. It’s all very splendid, so dive in.
