Android 17 QPR2 brings system blur to the Pixel lockscreen

The interface changes in Android 17 QPR2 Beta 3 continue with more blur for the Pixel lockscreen. Beta 3 blurs the list of notifications and the two lockscreen shortcuts, though not all of them as of this release. The fingerprint icon also gets the translucency treatment today.
