Gemini Live gets productivity upgrade with Spark, Gmail, and other integrations
Google today is significantly boosting the Gemini Live experience with several productivity-focused integrations.
Gemini Live can now integrate with Spark (AI Pro and above), so you can “use natural voice commands to set up complex, multi-step tasks” across the web, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
Similar to the dedicated Gmail Live experience, Gemini Live now has deep email integration for commands like:
Meanwhile, Gemini Live can now tap into Daily Brief (AI Plus and above) — “What’s my daily brief?” or “What does my day look like?” — to provide a “summary of everything on your to-do list for the day.”
The final update today is integration with past chats Memory and Personal Intelligence to match the text chat experience.
Just ask, “What was the name of that restaurant we went to when we visited New York last summer?” or “Can you pull up the recipe we talked about yesterday?” and Gemini will seamlessly pull from your chat history and connected apps to give you the exact answer.
Google emphasizes that you can use Gemini Live without needing to know which integration to invoke:
You shouldn’t have to guess whether a task requires Spark, a Daily Brief, or a quick inbox search. The real magic of Gemini Live is that you never need to figure out which tool to use — it connects the dots across your day in a single, unbroken conversation.
