How to complete Clean Hands in Arc Raiders
Find the Nomad Camp under the Railyard and search for the polluted item.

⚡ Find the entrance to the Nomad Camp through a pipe between the Railyard and Transit Tunnel to the west.
⚡Search the bag in the camp to grab the Equitorial Sundial.
⚡Climb to the top of the church tower in Old Town and interact to display it, before exfiling with the item.
Clean Hands is a new quest in Arc Raiders Frozen Trail update which sees you searching for a Nomad Camp under the Railyard in Pendola Pass.
You can enter this camp via a pipe (shown in the video above) that's between the Railyard (towards the centre of the map) and the Transit Tunnel to the west of it—though I'd advise maybe not doing it when there's an Arc Frigate hanging about like i did.
Once inside, climb up onto the middle section of the walkway and interact with the highlighted yellow bag container to "search for the polluted item", producing an Equatorial Sundial. Pick this up and stow it in your safe pocket.
The next step is to "Bring the Equatorial Sundial to the top of the church in Old Town". Again, here's a video showing the location, but the church is easy enough to spot in the center of the Old Town; an area in the east of the map by the Arc Emperor corpse.
The final step is extracting with the item, so simply stow it in your safe pocket. If you haven't extracted on Pendola Pass yet, you have to activate a gondola console (marked on the map) and then head to the location where it drops to leave, a little like calling in a supply drop.
