Forensic teams were seen working at the scene on Monday
Six people have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a 23-year-old woman in north London.
Police were called at 09:33 BST on Thursday, following concerns for the welfare of a woman at a residential address on Bollinder Place, Clerkenwell.
Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and found an unresponsive woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Four women, aged 20, 21, 23, and 26, and two men, aged 21 and 24 were arrested at the scene. All six have since been released on bail while enquiries continue.
Work is ongoing to trace the woman's next-of-kin, who will be supported by specially trained officers once identified.
Ch Supt Jason Stewart said: "This is a tragic incident and our thoughts remain with the family and friends of the young woman who has lost her life.
"We understand that news of an incident like this will cause concern within the local community."
On Monday afternoon, there were two forensics vans outside the building, and a police officer was seen walking out of Valencia Tower, Bollinder Place.
One resident of a nearby block of flats, who wished to remain anonymous, said: "You could hear the police on Thursday morning, it was frantic, I thought it was from the McDonald's.
