‘HomePad’ could launch in these four colors, per leaker
Apple’s new smart home hub, commonly called ‘HomePad,’ is reportedly launching October 13. And a new leak reveals the colors it might launch in.
Last night, leaker pdfu posted images of what appears to be the HomePad setup process. This isn’t the first discovery pdfu shared, as he recently revealed new features for iPhone Duo that are likely to extend to HomePad as well.
Now in a follow-up post, pdfu says HomePad may come in four finishes:
As seen below, the HomePad setup process appears to default to certain preview art depending on the finish of the model you’re using.

As previous reporting indicates, HomePad will offer watchOS-style customizable faces that users can set up.
The images found by pdfy demonstrate Apple’s ‘Photo Face’ on the new smart home hub and provide a glimpse at the square form factor that’s coming.
