It may not be the newest Galaxy Book in Samsung’s lineup anymore, but it’s still a capable and reliable option, especially at this price. Compared to the newer and much pricier models, this one delivers plenty of value if you don’t need the latest hardware. The 16-inch Galaxy Book 4 Edge highlighted here is powered by Qualcomm’s 12-core Snapdragon X Elite chip, paired with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. The X Elite may not be Qualcomm’s newest laptop chip out there now that the X2 Elite/Extreme variants are out, but it’s still a capable platform for everyday work, browsing, media, and general productivity. The rest of the hardware still feels pretty premium, too. You’re getting a slim aluminum chassis, a large AMOLED touchscreen display, a backlit keyboard, and a dedicated Copilot key. Not to mention, today’s price makes this older Galaxy Book 4 Edge configuration much easier to recommend, especially if you don’t need the latest X2 Elite hardware and would rather save a good chunk of money.
